YEAGAR'S TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of service

You must read and comprehend the entirety of this document before commissioning me. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page when inquiring about a commission.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Prices on general commissions are non-negotiable. My prices are determined based on what I believe my art to be worth, the time it takes for me to complete a drawing, and the general demand for my work and time.

When requesting a commission, please fill out the form listed at the end of this document and send it to me via deviantart note where I am most likely to see and respond.

I accept USD currency through Paypal only under "Goods and Services". No address is required.

No digital currencies, such as dA points, will be accepted.

Standard art commissions must be paid up-front in full. Animated commissions may be payed in increments, but a down payment of 50% is required for me to begin work.

I will not start a commission until payment is received.

REFUNDS

A full refund may only occur in the event a commission is drastically incorrect, based on what the commissioner specified, as a result of my own fault. Failing to inform me of what you specifically wanted does not warrant a refund.

Animation commissions may not be refunded if the animation is already complete.

If I have not started your commission, you may cancel the commission, and you will be refunded in full.

Small changes may be made on request.

GENERAL ART COMMISSIONS

Clear, precise, and concise references are appreciated.

Communicate with me if you have a particular pose/scene/idea in mind. Otherwise, I will come up with it myself.

I retain all rights to refuse a commission. I do not need to provide a reason.

Commissioner may ask for a WIP and will be provided with preliminary sketches if their commission is specific.

Commissioner may use their commissioned work in whatever way they choose. However, credit is appreciated.

Commissions will be posted online and will be credited to you. You may also remain anonymous.

I do not accept NSFW commissions from persons under the age of 18.

I retain the right to remove, re-upload, or hide commissioned works. I always recommend saving the completed work to your computer so that it is not lost.

Please consider that I finish commissions in order of a queue and wait times may vary depending on my availability.

Standard art commissions may take up to 2 months to complete during my academic months.

Animated commissions may take 6 months to a year to complete.

Due dates can be arranged, but will come at an additional rush fee.

Prices may change at any time.

ANIMATION COMMISSIONS

BASE PRICE of 150$ USD (subject to increase based on complexity)

Animations will be uploaded to my YouTube

“Animation Memes” start at a base price of 200$ USD and may increase depending on complexity.

Original animations also start at a minimum price of 200$ that may increase based on specifications.

Prices are set for one character. Additional characters will come with an additional fee.

Final price will be discussed and confirmed before any work is done.

I would prefer that you didn’t request me to animate a meme that I’ve already done.

Down Payment of 50% REQUIRED TO START work, payments can be made in a maximum of 3 increments.

Animation is a lengthy process, and I request and appreciate your patience in allowing me to provide you the highest quality of work I can produce.
